georgia_lagrange_irisHorticulturist Jo Phillips will present a short illustrated talk on the “alluring iris, immortal favorite of gardeners through the ages” at 10 a.m. tomorrow (September 26, 2015) at Hills & Dales Estate, 1916 Hills and Dales Drive, LaGrange, Georgia.

The focus will be on species cultivated by Ida and Alice Callaway, with the added bonus for participants to dig, divide and take home rhizomes from the estate’s private collection of bearded, dwarf and roof iris. Bring clippers if you have them. Charge is $25 per person.
