Snowdrops at Winterthur

bishop_snowdrops“Bank to Bend” is the topic for a lecture by Matt Bishop at Winterthur Museum, Garden, 5105 Kennett Pike, Wilmington, Delaware.

The presentation by the author of Snowdrops: A Monograph of Cultivated Galanthus begins at 11 a.m. March 8, 2014, in the Copeland Lecture Hall.

In addition to the lecture, snowdrops, winter interest plants and other plants propagated from the Winterthur Garden will be sold by Carolyn’s Shade Gardens and Black Hog Horticulture.

Registration ($20) includes admission to the garden where guests can enjoy the early bulb display.
