A Victorian Holiday in Baltimore

poinsettia10“A Victoria Holiday”, the 125th annual poinsettia show of the Howard Peters Rawlings Conservatory & Botanic Gardens, Druid Hill Park, 3100 Swann Drive, Baltimore, Maryland, opens today (December 7, 2013) and runs through December 29, 2013.

Hundreds of exquisite and unusual specimens of every color, size, and shape will be displayed, accented by the backdrop of a Victorian Parlor.

Winter Rose, Tapestry, Ice Punch, Shimmer Surprise, Strawberries & Cream, and Fireworks are just a few of the varieties of poinsettias on display, complete with a grand decorated tree and Victorian-style train garden.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays (except December 25). Poinsettias will be for sale throughout the duration of the show.
