Peggy A. Guest‘s whimsical work is described as “a kind of horticultural hysteria one whisker off center”.

It’s on display from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily through January 12, 2014 at the Lauritzen Gardens, 100 Bancroft Street, Omaha, Nebraska.

Guest, native of Kansas City, is a graduate of Park College in Parkville, Missouri, with additional undergraduate studies in fine art at the University of Missouri-Columbia, and the Kansas City Art Institute. She began her art career as an illustrator and graphics supervisor for the Department of Defense at Richards-Gebaur Air Force Base, Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas, the Army Recruiting Command and the USDA .
