indiana_fortwayne_foellingerIf you’re meandering the Midwest but have a hankering for Louisiana, Road Trips Gardeners, consider a stop at the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory, 1100 South Calhoun Street Fort Wayne, Indiana (map) for a quick immersion into N’Awlins.

Gaudy flowers, trailing vines, wrought iron and clipped symmetry represent the ordered chaos of the “Old South” style.
