Camden Daffodil Festival

The 19th annual Daffodil Festival takes place March 9 and 10, 2012, in Camden, Arkansas.

This fest showcases spring in southern Arkansas with millions of daffodils in four large gardens — but there’s more. Check out some of the antebellum homes open for touring, wander through Oakloand Confederate Cemetery where costumed interpreters will relate stories of the early settlers buried there, peruse the stagecoach museum or watch the Civil War reenactors in their River Park encampment.

There’s also an art show and a quilt show, a steak cookoff and a pancake breakfast — plus more special events and activities.
