Road Trips Gardeners headed to Alaska may not have flowers on their minds, but, yes, there are things blooming up north in the summer.
The 68th annual flower show sponsored by the Anchorage Garden Club takes place from noon until 8 p.m. August 6, 2011, at the Alaska Botanical Garden, 4601 Campbell Airstrip Road, Anchorage, Alaska.
This year’s theme is “Mystical Garden Creatures.”
