Road Trips Gardeners know that the best selection is on the first day of the spring plant sale at Louis Ginter Botanical Garden, 1800 Lakeside Avenue, Richmond, Virginia.
The sale takes place from 1-6 p.m. April 28, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 29, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 30, 2011.
