Thinking of a jaunt down under this year, Road Trips Gardeners? Consider including the International Flower and Garden Show on your itinerary. The largest such show in the Southern Hemisphere, it takes place March 30 through April 3, 2011, in the Royal Exhibition Building and surrounding Carlton Gardens in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Highlights will include landscape show gardens, the Great Hall of Flowers (which will include both exhibits and retail sales), an open exhibition and sale of garden sculptures, organized by the Association of Sculptors of Victoria and an area with activities for children.
