A Chrysanthemum Festival is planned at the Lan Su Chinese Garden, 239 NW Everett Street, Portland, Oregon, November 2-21, 2010.

In China, this autumn bloom is a symbol of good fortune and health, and has been the inspiration for generations of poets and artists. This festival features the prize winning blooms from the Portland Chrysanthemum society, specially cultivated chrysanthemum displays in the Chinese style, floral demonstrations and a chrysanthemum wine tasting.
