The Second Annual Kalamazoo Community Garden Tour sponsored by “Eat Local, Kalamazoo” takes place from 1-5 p.m. July 24, 2010. The self-guided jaunt takes you to several community gardens, where there will be greeters, tour guides and maps to other gardens.

You can check the website closer to the date for addresses of the various gardens to be visited; the main Growing Matters Garden is at 2119 North Westnedge, Kalamazoo. The tour is free and, of course, open to the public.
